Abstract

Companies across industries have embraced Agile development methodologies. While the core benefits associated with Agile are clear, organizations are often experiencing some side effects that detract from the value proposition. Large software development projects and digital development at scale require a reassessment of some core architectural principals as well as some cultural shifts. I will articulate the market changes that we at DXC see and how we are addressing them for customers as well as for ourselves, with an eye toward helping define the developer of the future.
