Project Info
In this project we will evaluate the electronic signatures of a memory array using state-of-the-art large-scale nano-patterning. The large-area nanofabrication will be performed and the advanced electrical properties will be probed. These will provide a path to manufacture low cost, high-throughput consumer electronics.
